Well wishes

"... sent Sluggo's video to me, and to be honest, I am in tears after watching it. I would like to make a donation to cover his care, treatment, and recovery. I'm leaving Thursday morning for a vacation out of the country, but I will put a check in the mail tomorrow. I know it won't cover all the costs of extensive surgery, for which I hope he is eligible, but it's a start. This dog has really touched my heart." -- M.B.

"I know that you must have received numerous e-mails regarding Sluggo. Having our second bulldog, I know that they can be a handful on a good day. But, to us, the are the greatest dogs ever. My husband and I would, without, hesitation, take him as he is, or if he is able to get the surgery, after to take care of him during his recovery. I know whereever he goes, it will be someone that will take very good care of him and love him. (To know a bulldog is to love him). We actually have four dogs that in some way or other are rescues. We are sending a check to help with his expenses." -- K.N.

"I'm very interested in his prognosis on Monday and wondered if there is somewhere online to keep up with him or if you could keep me posted on him. Do you know how his adoption process will go? I'm interested in that as well. I'm sure alot will depend on Monday's appointment. I recevied the address for donations for his care as well and will be sending something out Monday for him." --L.L.
